My name is Emma Keenan, and I live in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. I work as an Active Travel Officer for Sustrans in schools across the Causeway Coast & Glens area. I try to travel as actively and sustainably as possible, and have set myself the challenge of going car-free for 2016.
Marmaduke & Jem are the two bicycles that will be journeying with me throughout the year. Marmaduke is an orange Brompton, and Jem is a Fuji Touring Bike.
Through this blog, I hope to keep a track of my financial savings, my CO2 emission savings, as well as general experiences of cycling and public transport – both positive and challenging.
